It was great surprise to see Jonathan Cohler after many years. Our encounter brought me wonderful memories of my years studying in Cambridge at Longy School of Music and my post graduation days when he conducted "Cendrillon" by Massenet where I was doing Dorotea, one of Cinderella's step sisters under  his baton in the Boston area. He is not only a great conductor but has been recognized throughout the world as “an absolute master of the clarinet”. I had the opportunity to go to his recital playing with the young and very talented Rasa Vitkauskaite and it was a delightful performance..
